SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being received, during busier periods it may take up to 48 hour. For next day delivery orders the orders must be received before 1pm so that order can be sent out the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail and for international orders we use Royal mail, Parcelfore and DPD.
After order has been shipped out the courier is responsible for delivering the item to the specified address. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct address has been entered at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
For returns and exchanges buyers are responsible to return the product, unless agreed before sending.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment. Hijab Boutique reserve the right to reject returns sent beyond return time limit or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
In case of return or exchanges products must be in original condition it was sent in, all labels must be attached to the item.
Refunds are issued within 3 working days but may take up to 5 working days to show on your original payment source.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional and discount codes can only be redeemed on our online store unless otherwise stated. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
